Fee Free Promotion (26 February - 8 March 2024)
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to Altify’s Fee Free Crypto Bundle promotion (“Promotion”). By using this Promotion or otherwise participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Crypto Bundles include any of the 13 Crypto Bundles available on our platform. These include:

Auto 10 Crypto Bundle

Web 3.0 Crypto Bundle
Metaverse Crypto Bundle
The Promotion is exclusive for customers who purchase any Crypto Bundle with fiat currencies (including South African rands [ZAR], euros [EUR], Great British pounds [GBP] or US dollars [USD]). Only when you purchase Crypto Bundles with fiat currencies will no buy-in fees be charged.
No other product exchange will be eligible for no fees when purchasing any Crypto Bundle. For example, Ethereum to Top 20 Equal Bundle transactions will incur a fee as usual.
There is no limit to how many Crypto Bundles you can invest in – no fees will be charged on any Crypto Bundle purchases made with fiat.
The sale of any Crypto Bundle into any currency including fiat currency will incur the standard fee applicable to your account.
This Promotion commences at 12:00AM on 26 February 2024 and concludes at 11:59PM on 8 March 2024. All requirements of these Terms must be met within that timeframe to qualify.
If you are not currently an Altify customer, you will need to download the Altify app to sign up for an account, verify your identity and to submit all the documentation required. Verifications can take up to 48 hours to be assessed, so it is important to verify your account as soon as possible to ensure your account will be active during this Promotion.
Once your identity is successfully verified, you will get an email from us letting you know that your verification is complete, and that your account is active. If there is any missing or incorrect documentation, your account may take longer to verify. If this is the case, one of our compliance staff will be in touch with you to assist in getting your verification completed.
On successful completion of your verification, you will be able to participate in this Promotion provided that the Promotion has not ended.
We would love to see you continue investing with us after the promotion concludes. Once the promotion has ended, regular fees will apply. For more information, please refer to the fees section on our website.
A Customer using the Fee Free Crypto Bundle Promotion should not engage in any misleading, deceptive, annoying, or harassing practices to promote Altify, or any related brands or companies.
We reserve the right to cancel this Promotion at any time; however, we will always honour already registered agreements that we have with you.
Any attempt to take advantage of this Promotion past its intended use may result in the termination of your account, and/or the removal of any bonuses and rewards from your account. This includes rewards points farming and other deceitful activities.
Customers participating in this Promotion will not earn rewards points for any Fee Free transactions.

This Promotion and these Terms will be governed by South African Law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
