How do I enable 2FA on my Altify account?

2FA stands for "Two-Factor authentication", a security process that requires users to provide two different authentication factors or credentials to access an account or system. This adds an extra layer of security and makes it harder for attackers to gain unauthorised access to your accounts, even if they manage to obtain your password.

How to enable 2FA on the Altify app:

Go to your Profile and tap Security.
Select Enable 2FA.
Download an authenticator app and copy the code.
Confirm your login details.
On the authenticator app, use the key you copied to create a time-based two factor key.
Copy the key and enter it into the Altify app.
Your account is now protected.

How to enable 2FA on the Altify website:

Go to your Profile and click Enable next to 2FA status.
Download an authenticator app on your phone.
You can copy the code or scan the QR from the authenticator app to create a key.
Confirm your login details.
Copy the key and enter it into the Altify app.
Your account is now protected.
