Withdrawals are processed according to a fixed schedule at 17h00 (GMT+2) on business days (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays.
The cut-off time for withdrawal requests is 16h00 (GMT+2). Ensure your request is made before this time for processing on the same day.
While Altify takes care of the withdrawal process promptly, the time it takes for funds to clear in your bank account is beyond our control.
Please make sure your bank account details are accurate when requesting a withdrawal in your local currency, and the account is under your name.
After processing, Altify will notify you via email. However, normal bank transfer times apply, and it may take several days for the funds to reflect in your bank account.
