Why didn’t I get my referral reward?
You can sign in to your account and check your referral reward status in the Rewards section of the Altify app. Here are some reasons why you didn’t get your referral reward:
Your invitee must sign up directly after opening your unique link. Referrals are not captured if the invited person signs up using the Altify app and not your link.
Your invitee hasn’t passed Identity Verification and has not made an investment of R500, £25, €25 or $25 depending on your profile currency in a single product.
Also, keep in mind that once a friend tops up, you will both get your rewards within 24 hours.
