What you’ll need
A valid, government-issued identity document (ex: passport, driver’s licence, or national ID card).
Your mobile phone or a computer with a camera.
You’ll need to be in a well lit room for a selfie.
The verification steps
Sign in to your Altify account.
Select Start Verification on the Portfolio screen.
Enter your personal details in the questions that follow and click continue. You also may be required to fill out additional information due to regulations in certain locations.
Next you'll choose from the drop-down menu which country your government ID is from. Then select the type of ID you wish to take a photo of and take a photo of your identity document.
⚠️ For a successful verification, ensure you use a real-time photo of your document, not a screenshot or a photocopy.We’ll then ask you to take a selfie to verify your identity. Make sure your face is clearly visible and you’re in a well lit room.
We’ll let you know as soon as your account is verified. This usually happens within a few hours, but can occasionally take up to two business days. Once verified, you can make your first investment.
