How do I fund my Altify account?

Funding your Altify account is simple. We offer two main ways to add funds: a traditional bank transfer or a cryptocurrency deposit.

Here’s a guide to each method.


Bank Transfer

  1. From the Portfolio screen in your app or on the web platform, select Deposit.

  2. Select Deposit Currency and choose Bank Transfer, and then enter the amount you wish to add.

  3. You will then see our bank details along with your unique payment reference. 

  4. Using your own banking app, make a transfer to the details provided.

⚠️ It is crucial that you use the correct unique payment reference. This ensures the funds are allocated to your Altify account without any delay.

Bank transfers are usually reflected in your account within a few hours to one business day. 

We’ll notify you via email and push notification as soon as the funds arrive.

Crypto Deposit Steps

  1. From the Portfolio screen, select Deposit.

  2. Choose Cryptocurrency and select which one you want to deposit.

  3. After reading and agreeing to the risk disclosures, you’ll be shown your unique crypto wallet address and a QR code.

  4. Go to your external crypto wallet or exchange and send the funds to that address.

⚠️ This is very important. You must send the cryptocurrency on the correct blockchain network (ex: Ethereum or Bitcoin). Funds sent on the wrong network are not recoverable and will be permanently lost.

Transfer times vary depending on the blockchain network, but your deposit will typically arrive within an hour.

⚠️ Occasionally, a deposit may be paused for a routine compliance check. If this happens, we will contact you directly to ask for some additional information.

Either way, we’ll send you an email and a push notification the moment the funds are in your account.
