You can withdraw funds via bank or cryptocurrency transfer. The process starts from the Portfolio screen on both the mobile app and the web platform.
Bank Withdrawal
From your Portfolio, select Withdraw and choose the currency you want to withdraw.
Enter the amount.
Confirm that your bank details are correct, or update them if needed.
Authorise the transaction by completing the final security step with your authenticator code or the one-time PIN sent to your device.
Once processed, you'll receive an email confirming the completion of your withdrawal.
Cryptocurrency Withdrawal
From your Portfolio, select Withdraw and choose the cryptocurrency you want to withdraw.
Enter the amount.
Select the external wallet address you want to send the funds to.
Authorise the transaction by completing the final security step with your authenticator code or the one-time PIN sent to your device.
⚠️ It is critical to double-check that both the wallet address and the selected network are correct. Cryptocurrency sent to the wrong address or network cannot be recovered.
Once processed, you'll receive an email confirming the completion of your withdrawal.
To maximise the security of your assets, we process all withdrawals—both to bank accounts and to external crypto wallets—manually in a single daily batch.
Processing Schedule
Weekdays: Withdrawals are processed at 16:00 SAST.
Weekends & Public Holidays: Crypto withdrawals are processed daily. Bank withdrawals will not be processed. Requests are queued for the next business day.
⚠️ To ensure that your withdrawal is processed on the same day, make sure to submit your withdrawal request before 15:30 SAST.
