There are two main reasons why a withdrawal might not have arrived as quickly as expected. Please check them in this order.
The Daily Processing Schedule
First, check your request time against our withdrawal schedule.
As a key security measure, all withdrawals are processed manually in a single batch at 15:30 SAST on weekdays. To be included in that day's batch, your request must be submitted before 14:00 SAST.
If you submitted your request after the 14:00 SAST cut-off, or during a weekend or public holiday, it will be processed on the next business day.
Additional Security Checks
For your protection, some transactions are flagged for additional compliance and security reviews.
If this happens, our team will immediately send you an email from compliance@altify.app to request more information. Your withdrawal will be paused until we hear back from you. Please check your inbox and spam folder for any communication from us.
