You can fund your Altify account via bank deposit or crypto deposit from either the mobile app or our web platform.
Bank Deposit Steps
- Log in to your Altify account.
- On the Portfolio screen, select Deposit and then choose Bank Transfer.
- Enter the amount you wish to deposit.
IMPORTANT: Please note that you can only deposit in the fiat currency assigned to your account. For example, if your account is in USD, you can only deposit in USD.
- We will show you our bank details and your unique payment reference.
- Use these details to make the transfer from your own banking app.
Once received, the bank deposit will be credited to your Altify account, and we will notify you via email.
Bank deposits usually reflect within a few minutes up to three days. This depends on bank payment processing times.
We’ll always send you an email as soon as your funds have been received and allocated to your account.
