Why hasn't my bank deposit arrived yet?

If your deposit hasn't been reflected in your Altify account, you can reach out to our Support Team directly via email at support@altify.app or send a message using our on-site web messenger or through the Profile section on the mobile app.

Please also provide us with the original PDF proof of payment (in the case of a fiat deposit), and we’ll check this with our Finance Team.

Delays are typically caused by one of five factors:

Missing Reference
You may have forgotten to include your unique payment reference.

Incorrect Reference Entered 
You may have used an incorrect payment reference.

Incorrect Bank Details Entered 
You may have entered incorrect banking details.

Bank Processing Times
Standard bank transfers can take up to three business days.

Public Holidays
Banks do not process payments on weekends or public holidays.
