Crypto Deposit Steps
- Log in to your Altify account.
- On the Portfolio screen, choose Deposit.
- Select Deposit Cryptocurrency and choose the cryptocurrency you wish to deposit.
- Read and acknowledge the risk disclaimer, then tap I Understand to continue.
- Your unique crypto wallet deposit address will be displayed.
- Open your crypto wallet or exchange app and transfer funds by scanning the QR code or copying the wallet address.
- Once received, the crypto deposit will be credited to your Altify account, and we will notify you via email.
Crypto deposit times depend on blockchain processing times as well as the crypto platform or wallet you use.
IMPORTANT: Ensure you use the correct blockchain as indicated on the Altify crypto deposit page to avoid losing your funds.
