If your crypto deposit hasn't arrived in your Altify account, please check the below:
- Check the Network Confirmation: Use a public block explorer and your transaction ID (TxID) to confirm if the transaction has been verified on the blockchain network.
- Check Your Email: Look for any communication from Altify regarding your deposit. Our compliance team may have reached out for additional information.
If the transaction has been confirmed on the network, you haven't received an email from Altify and your deposit is still not in your Altify account after a few hours, contact our support team with the transaction hash.
