Why has my Altify withdrawal not arrived?

If your bank withdrawal from Altify does not arrive within the estimated time frame, here are the steps to take:

  • Check the withdrawal status on your Altify Portfolio page.
  • Check that all of your banking information on your Altify account is correct.
  • Check if there are any banking holidays.
  • Check your email for any communication from Altify regarding your withdrawal.
