If your bank withdrawal from Altify does not arrive within the estimated time frame, here are the steps to take:
- Check the withdrawal status on your Altify Portfolio page.
- Check that all of your banking information on your Altify account is correct.
- Check if there are any banking holidays.
- Check your email for any communication from Altify regarding your withdrawal.
