We know delays can be frustrating. If your crypto withdrawal hasn't been processed yet, it's usually for one of two reasons:

As a regulated company, we have to follow what’s known as the 'Travel Rule'. This means we need to contact the platform you’re sending crypto to for verification. This process can take a -*business day or more, as the timing depends on how quickly the other platform responds to us.
- Security Checks
For your protection, we might place a temporary hold on a withdrawal if we detect suspicious activity such as you've recently changed your password or added a new wallet address. These security checks are usually completed in less than 24 hours.
Tip: To speed up future security checks, make sure you have two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled before changing your details.
