The process depends on whether you can sign in to your account.
If you know your current password:
- Sign in to your Altify account.
- Go to your Profile and select the Security menu.
- Choose Change Password and follow the on-screen steps.
If you have forgotten your password:
- On the login screen, select Forgot Password.
- Enter your account email address. We’ll send you a link to reset it.
- If the email doesn’t arrive, please check your spam or junk folder.
