💡Just so you know, you won't incur any charges if you leave your account inactive. Also, we're legally obliged to keep certain data for five years, regardless of whether your account is open or closed. So, no pressure to close it if you don't need to.
If you do want to close your Altify account, here's what to do:
- Check your balance: Make sure your account has a zero balance before you start.
- Request Account Closure:
- Request via the Altify App: Navigate to your Profile, select Security, and then choose the Delete Account option.
- Request via Email: Alternatively, send a closure request to support@altify.app. Please use the email address linked to your Altify account.
We'll confirm once your account is closed.
