The 4-digit passcode is an extra layer of security for the mobile app, preventing anyone else from accessing it on your device. You can use your phone’s biometric security (like face or fingerprint ID) instead if you prefer.
The passcode is session-based, meaning you only set it when you sign in. If you forget it, you can simply log out and back in again.
- On the passcode screen, tap Need help?
- Tap Logout.
- Sign back in with your email and password to set a new passcode.
