You're Holding Unwithdrawable Assets

Depending on your jurisdiction, we can process withdrawals across multiple currencies:

  • US dollars (USD)

  • Pounds sterling (GBP)

  • Euros (EUR)

  • South African rands (ZAR)

  • Bitcoin (BTC)

  • USD Tether (USDT)

  • USD Coin (USDC)

For a step-by-step guide on how to sell out of your investments, please see this article.

ℹ️ Some assets, like the Private Credit Legal Finance (ALFI) token, may have specific lock-up periods before they can be sold.

Your Assets Are Reserved

If you see an "n" at the end of an asset name in your portfolio (for example, "BTCn"), these assets are currently reserved and are not available for withdrawal.
