How Ali Helps You
Ali is available 24/7 through our mobile app, web platform, and website. Ali can provide immediate answers to most queries, including:

  • Explaining how a Crypto Bundle works.

  • Providing details on the ALFI private credit note.

  • Guiding you through the Altify Rewards programme.

  • Providing instructions on how to reset your 2FA. 

  • Guiding you on how to reset your password.

At the moment, Ali isn't able to provide account- or portfolio-specific information, but this is something we'll be rolling out in the near future. 

 

When to Speak with a Human 
While Ali can handle most queries, certain tasks require the oversight of our human support team. These include:

  • Updating contact details on your account.
