Why Is My Account Restricted?

If your Altify account is restricted, it means we need a bit more information from you before you can continue using all features. As a regulated platform, we're required to keep your information accurate and up to date. This ensures your account remains secure and helps us maintain a compliant environment for all our investors.
 

Your account may be restricted if:

  • Your verification documents are missing or incomplete.

  • Your profile information needs to be updated to match your current details.

  • We need additional details about your account or activity.
     

What You Need to Do
To restore full access to your account:

  1. Log in to your Altify account.

  2. A pop-up will appear asking you to verify your details.

  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm or upload the required information.

You’ll see exactly what documents or details are needed as soon as you start the process. 

 

What Happens Next
Once you've submitted your information, our team will review it.

  • Review time: Allow up to 24 hours for verification.

  • Automatic restoration: Your account access will be restored automatically as soon as your submission is approved.
     

Still Restricted?
If your account remains restricted after 24 hours, common reasons include:

  • The documents provided were unclear, blurry, or incomplete.

  • We require further clarification on the information you submitted.

 

ℹ️Check your email inbox for any outstanding information requests and resubmit the required details. Please also check your spam folder if you haven't received anything.
