To keep your account secure, we don't allow you to change sensitive information like your name, email address, or phone number directly via our app or web platform. These updates are handled manually by our team to ensure your account remains protected.
How to Request a Change
Reach out to us via the in-app messenger, web messenger, or email support@altify.app.
Updating Your Mobile Number
When requesting a mobile number change, you’ll need to provide the mobile number currently saved on your profile and confirm the new number you'd like to add.
Once we've verified your identity, we'll remove the old number from our system and share the steps for you to add and validate your new number.
Updating Your Email Address
When requesting an email address change, please send an email from the address currently registered to your Altify account.
If you no longer have access to that same email address registered to your Altify account, then please send the request from your new email address and include your currently registered email address in the body of the email.
