If you’re having trouble signing in, it’s usually due to simple issues with your login details, your connection, or a temporary technical glitch. You can usually fix most of these quickly by following the steps below.
Common Sign-In Issues
Incorrect Password
Make sure you're entering the correct password.
Make sure Caps Lock is turned off.
Check for any typing errors, including extra spaces.
If you’re still unsure, you can reset your password on the Login screen.
Lost Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
If you’ve lost access to your 2FA device or app, you won’t be able to sign in.
You’ll need to reset your 2FA to regain access.
Refer to this article if you’re unsure of how to reset your 2FA.
Duplicate Account
You may be trying to sign in with a different email address than the one linked to your account.
Try any other email addresses you may have registered with.
If you’re still unsure, check your email inboxes for previous Altify communications to confirm the correct address.
Technical Issue (Bug)
Temporary technical issues can sometimes prevent sign-in.
Try closing the app or browser completely and signing in again.
Clear your browser cache and cookies.
Try using a different device or browser.
If you’re using the app, delete it and reinstall the latest version from the app store.
If the issue continues, it may be temporary, so try again shortly.
Poor Internet Connection
A weak or unstable connection can interrupt the sign-in process.
Check your internet connection and reconnect to a stable network.
Try reconnecting to Wi-Fi or restarting your router.
Restricted Access
Your account may be temporarily restricted if we need additional information from you.
You’ll need to complete any outstanding verification steps before you can sign in.
