If you’re not receiving your one-time PIN (OTP) on your phone, it’s usually a delivery or settings issue. OTPs are essential for keeping your account secure, so here’s how to fix the most common issues.
Email OTP Not Arriving
Start by checking your spam or junk folder.
Confirm that your registered email address is correct and active.
Ensure you haven't unsubscribed from our emails.
If you've checked everything above and still aren't receiving your code, contact our support team, and we'll resolve it.
Text OTP Not Arriving
Incorrect formatting — there may be an error in how your country code or mobile number was entered. Contact our support team, and we'll correct it for you.
Carrier delivery failure — occasionally, a network carrier receives our message but fails to deliver it to your handset. Unfortunately, we can't control these external delays.
ℹ️ To avoid network carrier issues, we recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA). OTPs generated by an authenticator app replace text-based codes entirely and don't depend on your network carrier.
2FA Code Not Arriving
If you have 2FA enabled, remember your code won't arrive by email or text message—it's generated directly in your authenticator app. Open the authenticator app on your device to retrieve your code.
Lost access to your authenticator app? You'll need to reset your 2FA settings. See this article for instructions.
