We require two documents to verify your account.
1. A valid Government-Issued ID
- This must be an original, full-colour photo of one of the following:
- Passport
- National identity card (front and back)
- Driver’s licence (front and back)
Your ID must clearly show your full name, photo, and date of birth, and it must not be expired.
2. A Proof of Address Document
⚠️ We’ll attempt to geo-tag your location when you’re verifying your account. If successful we won’t require a proof of address document. However, if we can’t geo-tag your location we’ll require a proof of address document.
This must be an official document, dated within the last three months, that clearly shows your full name and current residential address. We do not accept P.O. Box addresses.
Common examples include:
- A utility bill (water, electricity, internet)
- A bank or credit card statement
- A tax document or a letter from a government agency
