What is a valid proof of payment document?
A valid proof of payment (PoP) should reflect:
Official bank-issued proof of payment (PoP)
Your full legal name and surname as it appears in your Altify account
The amount you are depositing
Your unique Altify deposit reference number
Please note that we do not accept receipts, email screenshots, written letters or receipts, or mobile screenshots unless a screenshot of the document meets the requirements described above.
