Can you create an account for a minor or child?
A person younger than 18 years of age (a minor) can not open an account on their own. To do so they need a parent or legal guardian to open the account on their behalf.
The parent/legal guardian opening the minor account must have their own verified Altify account in order to do so. If they don’t have one, they can register for a new one on the Google Play or the Apple App stores.
Once the legal guardian has successfully opened an account, they can begin opening an account for their child by reaching out to our support team for assistance. You can email us at support@altify.app, send us a message via our on-site web messenger or from the Profile section of the mobile app. We'll assist you in setting up the minors account.
Once complete, we will send a welcome email for the new minor account as soon as the account has been verified and is ready to use.
