Why do I need a passcode on the Altify mobile app?
The passcode on the Altify mobile app is used as an added layer of security to ensure that you, and no one else can access your account.
If your device has biometric authentication such as facial recognition, you'll be able to use that to unlock your app instead. However, if not, you'll be able to use your passcode to unlock your app while you are logged in.
