How do I change my password?
If you’ve forgotten your password, don’t worry it happens to the best of us! You can easily reset your password by following the steps below.
On the login screen of the Altify app or web app, click on 'Forgot Password'
Enter the email address you used to create your account.
You'll receive an email with a link to reset your password. Make sure to check your spam folder if you don't see it in your inbox within five minutes of requesting the email.
Follow the prompts to create a new password and you’re done!
