Can I change the information I provided during verification?

Yes, you can change the information you provided during verification, but it will require our assistance. At Altify, we understand that circumstances change and it may be necessary to update your details.

To initiate this, please reach out to our Support Team via email at, or send us a message via our on-site web messenger or from the Profile section of the mobile app. If you’re using our mobile app, you can reach our Support Team by navigating to your Profile, then tapping on “Contact customer support”. Please provide us with the information you wish to update.

Once we receive your request, we'll guide you through the necessary steps to update your information securely while ensuring compliance with our Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures.

Please note, for the security and integrity of your account, we may require additional documentation to support the changes.
