What documents are required for verification?

For verification purposes, we only require any one of the below valid government-issued ID documents.

Passport.
National identity card (both front and back). South African customers can also use their green ID book.
Driver's Licence (both front and back).
Other valid government-issued IDs may be accepted if they display your full legal name, photo, date of birth, and issue and expiry dates clearly on the front of the ID.

We automatically run the necessary KYC checks on your account based on the information you share with us. For the majority of individual accounts, no additional information will be needed other than what’s specified above.

Note: We don't accept temporary identity documents for Europe or any of our supported African countries.
