Start by answering a few questions about your intended use of your Altify account, such as your projected investment amount for the next month and year, your employment status, investing experience, and the source of your funds.
Have your ID card, passport, driver’s licence, or another identity document handy. This document should include your full legal name and surname, date of birth, and a clear ID photo. Please note, we're unable to accept black-and-white or low-quality photos/scans, or screenshots of identity documents.
Follow the on-screen prompts to position your document for a clear photo within the frame.
You'll then be asked to take a selfie of your face. We use this to verify your identity against the document provided. Ensure your face is clearly visible during this process. We do this to ensure that it’s actually you opening an Altify account to protect you against identity fraud.
